A completely unique store. How the jewellery is showcased give the impression of an art exhibit. With beautiful pieces all high quality this store is a must visit.
Despite the fact that I love the Swarovski brand I absolutely don't like the layout and design of the stores. It absolutely doesn't do Krystal any justice. Friendly sales staff that don't chase you around the building. You will get your time to walk around freely and if you have questions the staff is more than happy to assist you.

I purchased 3 items for myself, the staff inside were absolutely wonderful and so helpful.
Even though I bought something I really liked at this store, I hated the entire experience.
The merchandising is haphazard. It feels so disorganized. Some things on the wall are for sale and other things are not. The items are also not grouped very well. I spent 15 minutes looking at a 2 meter section to find a set of earrings that were similar to another set. It was frustrating.
Once I selected the ones I wanted it took another 15 minutes to pay (and there was only one other person in front of me). The people working there were super nice but they seemed just as disorganized as the walls of jewelry.

The staff is very friendly and good service. They try to help and recommend me what is the best for my family. Highly recommend this store.

The store does not have the best setup and we had troubles finding items back when we wanted to ask for them so a bit of room for improvement.
The staff was rude and too busy to welcome customers who arrived after us? Even when we mentioned we would like to try an item, instead of bringing us the item the employee stood there with the other customers who were still looking for something while we were waiting. Seems like the employee preferred the company of others? It's not the first time it happens that I have to run after an employee to get some help, I will definitely not come back.
